- No. CentreMove produces an upfront information pack. A licensed conveyancer will still handle exchange, completion and Land Registry filings — your pack just gives them everything they need on day one.
- What is PDTF?
- The Property Data Trust Framework — the open UK data standard for property transactions, governed by the Open Property Data Association. Every pack CentreMove produces is PDTF-compliant with cryptographic provenance on every claim.
